WEEK ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLOG 5

So far, my first research on where one of my favorite food come from, which is Meat. Everyone knows that ham and pork comes from a pig. When I was researching this, my pathos of it made me feel bad ,because I am actually eating a warm blooded animal. The other kind of food is hamburgers, which is mostly every one specialty, only if you eat meat.To some people it can be drastic to eat an animal but i am sorry to say, I can't resist my hunger of this juicy food

Thousands of years ago before there was a chicken they was an egg. I know it sounds crazy but its true(laughing). Sometimes when we eat we don't notice what we actually eating but hey, eating what we like is good to us. A professor name John Brook Field, who is a specialist in evolutionary genetics at University of Nothingham stated that,"the living organism inside the eggshell would have had the same DNA as the chicken it would develop into." This statement is to prove that chickens first develop inside of an egg.

Many would like to know where we get our own chicken from, but first I would like to share some information on where Pakistan get their chickens from. Pakistanis get their chicken from the side of the road, cut the head off in front of you, then hand you the chicken, while it is still warm.

The United States get our chicken from many places, but the one I found interesting is, that 43% of our chicken come from Brazil. This was the last place I thought the United States get our food from, it just wasn't in my mind. While reading an article from Brazil magazine, i found that, "earning in dollars from Brazil's chicken exports rose to 44.2% in 2004 and made 2.595 billion"and exporting food to the Untied States help Brazil international market.

Soul food started getting familiar in the 1960s but started in the 1800s.The word "soul" was a phrase used to describe African American culture. The origins of soul food can be traced back to Africa. At this time African Americans were slaves and they would form these ingredients by hand.

The chicken comes in a Styrofoam plate with a plastic over it.The corn bread comes in a box, and the collared greens either in a can or vegetables raped up.
